How We Gather Information
To use our web applications, you are required to either create (as an individual) or have your organization’s administrator create an account for you to use on our Sites. Transafe, Inc. may also ask for your personal information to help us offer product and services that we think you would like to hear about. When we ask you for your personal information, we will provide a link to this policy and make our intentions clear.
For any purchases made directly from one of our Sites, you must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and any applicable payment information (such as credit card number, and, expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you. Transafe, Inc. has designed its system to not store credit card numbers on our servers. Credit card numbers are submitted to a credit card authorization service. This service provides Transafe, Inc. with credit card validation information only. We do not have access to your personal financial data. Personally identifiable information entered into web applications is encrypted and stored as tokenized values. Documents that may be uploaded in web applications are encrypted in transmission and at rest.
Our server environment is protected by an advanced firewall and other security technologies. Our Sites use strong encryption and we provide safeguards to help ensure that our clients and their information is safe. Because we value your privacy, we have taken the necessary precaution to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
As part of the California Online Privacy Protection Act, all users of our Site may make any changes to their personal information which we possess at any time by following the link in any email sent by us to remove or edit their personal information.

Transafe, Inc. managed websites may contain links to other sites that are not owned or controlled by Transafe, Inc.. Please be aware that Transafe, Inc. is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of such other sites. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information.
Information Obtained From Third Parties
Transafe, Inc. does not sell or trade your personal information. We may at times receive contact lists from other organizations. We may send mailings such as brochures to these addresses. Typically, these are one-time mailings, and the data is not entered into our database. If you want to remove yourself from the third party's database, you must contact them directly.
This Site is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. Since information regarding children under the age of 13 is not collected, we do not knowingly distribute personal information regarding children under the age of 13.
